We had a few reasonable questions/concerns upon picking up our ‘finished’ vehicle after overlooking it, and after they already had our vehicle for over a month and right away he was coursing up a storm and saying that it was all good and nothing was wrong. One of the concerns was of the hood which when you normally would let the hood go from your hands it will close, well it does not close properly, you have to literally slam it down to close properly. You know how you can do the extra push with your palm if it did not close all the way to click it shut? He said that is not at all how you should close a hood by pressing on it lightly. Our hood now, if it doesn’t close from being the first or second SLAM and it clearly will not click with a press down either, you have to unlatch it and SLAM it until it clicks closed. There was an issue with the vehicle model name tag on the side of the vehicle as well that it was not even properly glued back on and only a quarter of it was glued and it was bent. There was also a paint chip that was not on the vehicle which he told us before we could even finish, he said that was already there and WE SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, uhhh hello, you’re the auto body shop – you mean to tell me, you want us to tell you how to do your job? That chip was most certainly not pre-existing before we went there, he kept ranting and raving and coursing that he wanted us out of there and we were as polite as we could be for being talked to like pieces of garbage, and it was not our fault. So in the mist of things while he clearly took no ownership for the faults that were present on our vehicle I chimed in for that one matter and explained that the vehicle was here for a month and a half, that chip very well could have happened from one of his works who was working on the truck. As a few times from passing by and stopping in I had seen how carelessly all of the parts and boxes that were just piling up and thrown in the back of our bed, so how could he not consider one of his workers who could of accidently made that new chip from setting any tools on the hood. He just continued to attack us and said he wanted us out of there and we said fine with us but then refused to let us pay him to just leave and be done with them as he claimed he would now need to bring these ‘NEW MATTERS’ up to insurance (matters that were not new, they just did not fix it properly!!!); so until he called and talked to them our vehicle was not going anywhere! You can imagine, by now, that we were certainly not leaving our vehicle any longer with this ticking time bomb who couldn’t control hitting things and every other word was profanity. So I said fine, had the check book out waiting to write the check and they still refused to take payment, so I said fine we have our other key, if you do not want to take payment right now we will mail it to you and we are taking our truck right now. And that set off his anger management even more with slamming more doors, counter tops, throwing paperwork and more of the F*** this and F*** you and F*** that, and said he was calling the cops. So I told him good, and that I will call for him. Needless to say, he put on a ‘I’ve cooled off’ front once the cops arrived and said everything was fine, patting our shoulders and that he was sorry for how he acted and that he would for sure get the issues straightened out and that a new vehicle model name tag would be reordered and put on and so forth. After Jimmy’s epic episode of apologizing and promising to make things right, they finally took payment and Jimmy said they would call when the name tag came in and what not; we never heard back from them, which is fine because we would not trust them with any another vehicle ever again, and obviously we also do not recommend them.

First, Shawn is a fictious posting. We only repaired one Pontiac G6 and that owner was contacted and found to be very satisfied. No insurance company has ever called, written or contacted me with any complaints. Second, Amy. Amy did complain about the color of the inner trunk lining on her mustang. We couldn't correct it within the week she left it here, but we would have taken care of it for her. She never brought it back. However, I will note, she received several awards on that vehicle from the work we performed. In additiona, we received several plaques from her and the Mustang club before and after that time. In regards to their truck, we told her husband many times we didn't think it was worth fixing. He asked us to try and we put it on the the frame machine several times, cut and welded it in a few places. We even tried to get him to purchase a better Ford truck that we had. Many times we told him it wasn't worth it, but he insisted he just wanted it fixed well enough to use as a trash truck. Many times we told him it was totally messed up and wanted him to come into the shop and work with us. The amount they paid us for all the work we did up to the point they picked it up. Judy, 8/23/13 - This falcon was originally only supposed to be for a nice paint job. We were told that it was ready to be primed and painted. When we got the vehicle it had many rust, rot and holes in the fenders, trunk, quaters and lower doors. We told them it would take a lot more time, and that it would cost additional money. Yes, a restoration takes a long time. But the car is beautiful and I have many pictures and many people who watched the progress. Still, out of almost 2000 repairs that this shop has completed, I can count on one hand the customers who we just couldn't satisfy. We are very accomodating and we war

Took the car there in May 2011 - today as of August 23, 2013 - yes 2013 we might be getting the car tomorrow. Only the body is done. After so many times of emailing, calling and stopping in only to get excuse after excuse - lie after lie. Haven't seen the end product yet but really at this point and over 2 years later really don't care if it is perfect. When you say 2 to 3 weeks and the car would be completely restored in perfect condition and it takes this long - months of the car sitting without being worked!!! The car should be completely restored at this point but because it has been in your shop for sooooo long, we now can start the rest of the restoration to the car. (That's if we get it tomorrow).
