Excellent team of people to work with, very informative and no pressure on the sale. Cannot say enough for the quality of their vehicles, unlike other car dealers you do NOT have to worry about service or mechanic issues with their cars. No unforeseen out of pocket expenses. Have gone back to them for oil and other regular service. Would highly recommend them!

I have never posted on Yelp or any other review site but felt I needed to this time. I bought a 2007 BMW 530XI from them in June 2011. After 3 months my radiator had a slow coolant leak. The warranty I had was for 2 months, so I didn't bring it in (mistake, I should have). Anyway for the next 11 months I would fill the radiator with coolant every 2-3 months, not a big deal. Last week I got a notice from BMW stating that my car needed to be recalled for a faulty part so I brought it to the local BMW dealer in Peabody. While I was there getting that done, I asked them about the leak. They came back and said I had a cracked radiator and that it would be over $1000 to fix. I thought this is BS and didn't have them do it. I called Foreign Motorcars and talked to Brad about it and he said bring it in. The next day I talked to Dave who said it was a leaky seal around the thermostat in the radiator. He then said that because it had been leaking since I bought it, he would honor the warranty and I would only have to pay the $100 deductible to get it fixed. I couldn't believe it, this was 9 months after the warranty had expired and he honored it. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a car or needs to get a car fixed. This is how to do business.
