I felt cheated! The total cost of cleaning my compact car came to 13 ... read more I felt cheated! The total cost of cleaning my compact car came to 13 dollars. To be fair the car was quite dirty and I expected that all the sand an detritus would need extra time on the vacuum. What i did not expect how poor the vacuum was of 2 different machines. Sucking up sand was a challenge. The washer bay was fine and had the convenience of credit card payment which i would recommend using cash since the automated thief charged me $10.00 for 3 minutes despite the advertised 3 dollars. I will not return and I am considering disputing the cc charge.

I brought my car in with a check engine light on, at about 5:55 pm...Mike had no problem staying checking it out. I couldn't believe that he cared about me as a client after just meeting me. He was efficient and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was wrong (my car was idling low) and what my options were. At no point did I feel oversold or pressured. He wanted to see me leave safely in my car and nothing else. I felt totally taken care of, and trust Mike. I've always been weary of mechanics (as a woman we're usually victims when it comes to auto repair) I will definitely be back for continual service on all my vehicles.
