The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I was able to bring it in immediately and throughout the process i was informed about the progress and any other issues the mechanics found. It was affordable. I like the fact that the mechanics worked within my budget and were honest with my time and money.
