If you want reliable and honest mechanics to make sure your car stays in good condition then this is the place to come. This is one of those places that when you go for something simple like... read more This is one of those places that when you go for something simple like an oil change, they will find something that they say should be fixed asap, and that they can do for you right now. However, their prices are far higher than other shops can do it for you, and they quoted me some front end work on my truck that the dealer could do for less, and with original parts! They advertise that every 4th oil change is free. However, when we tried to use the 4th free one on our truck, that was excluded, even though they did it before. Latest thing was overcharging for a routine oil change on our car by $5. OK, not a big deal, but when asked, they gave some stupid reason hat the car needed an extra quart of oil. Sorry, that's just not a plausible answer. When we requested a refund, because we showed them he old oil change slip, they only would give us $2. There are many other places to go to get your car worked on. I suggest you go there and don't bother to stop at Jackson's.

Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.
