No one picks up a phone in office at all so you can ask what is going on .Last week I went there he said give me two days I will have it done , called and went there on Friday (two days ) and no one was even working . Called left a message no returned phone call. I called today no answer I left a message that if I don't have my car buy wednesday I will report it stolen. I can't even go pick it up he has my keys !!!

I bought this heap of a Forrester last year from them and the engine b... read more I bought this heap of a Forrester last year from them and the engine block required replacement, causing a major disruption to my schedule over time. With minor issues here and there since, now they've informed me the screw on the oil pan is stripped and I have to pay for the replacement oil pan AND labor!!
