From my research, this is a common problem with Toyotas, and the guy at the shop even confirmed this. A year later, one of the springs broke again, this time in two spots, leaving a missing portion where the spring was. The only thing ive ever put in the bed was a set of clubs, or my bike. When I called arcand to see whats up, he said they didn't warranty because its been over a year, and it must be my fault this happened. I was under the impression that leaf-springs were meant to last the life of your vehicle, or that at least arcand would stand behind there work. All the gentleman would reiterate was that they didn't warranty, and it must be my fault. Never again.....go to Palmer in providence, at least they care about there customers. beau55r@live.com
