Approaching this retail window of this gas station;noticed the cashier was busy texting and clearly having a good time. After 40 seconds,I called 'hello'. She continued text as another customer approached the window. This customer was ignored as well. After knocking on the window,the cashier says 'ya!?'.She doesn't hear me. She says'what?!!' As if customers are an inconvenience to her. How dare us show up at Hess and ask her for assistance. I was under the impression that she expected humans to approach the window. Prior to this downgrade of the hiring selection; pleasant demeanors were employed here.Negative personalities have no place in Customer Service. Will no longer purchase the annual Hess holiday vehicle from this location.Will no longer use this station.No one needs the excessively disgusting attitude.

Other mechanics' shops have told me baloney, but Shaun showed me and fixed the actual problem -- at a substantial savings. I've lived in various states and cities, and at this point wouldn't even consider taking my cars elsewhere. Shaun makes things easy and manageable for me as a customer. Besides, his timelines and price estimates are always reasonable and reliable. Everyone I know who's been to Tony's Service, which occupies the garage portion of this convenience-and-gas shop, is an outspoken fan. Try Shaun at Tony's: you'll be glad you did.

The technicians at "Auto Tech Service Center" in Fall River MA had serious attitude problems and clearly only cared about making money. This is the last place I would ever contact again.
