I must say I am very very impressed. They found things my normal mechanic didn't that were somewhat serious to my safety. Josh and his crew were extremely nice and great to deal with. He helped me fix my car within my budget and it drives great! i truly appreciate good business practices, wouldn't think twice about going back!

They talked to me about a 2000 Chevy Malibu said the engine and tranny were replaced and car was perfect. When they got here with it I did not like the car (he never shut it off) and had a child with him about 5 years old. My neighbors were out with me as it's a senior housing development. He kept saying he had a lot full of cars and he would be happy to swap it out for another car of my choice. He even tried to do a deal with my neighbor for his handicapped van as he is in a wheelchair. I drove the car around the block and parked it in my spot and shut it off. He left with my Audi (which I'd already sunk 4000 into in new parts. Audi needed cam shaft seals ($15) part but labor intensive. I went out to go to DMV and first off, seat belt was broken. He sent me a DIY Video from you tube on repairing it. Then car turned over but wouldn't start. Had to google it and found I had to wait ten minutes for lights to go out and then start it. While driving it shut down totally in the dark on 4 lane road (all within 1/2 mile of home). I called and texted next day and said bring back Audi since I found out they lied and did NOT have a lot full of cars. Brian refused. He wanted me to drive to Ludlow after dark so they could look at it. I'm 66 and not driving up with the car just dying when it felt like it. Ludlow police want me to come file charges as they have had lots of complaints. Then they advertised my Audi falsely on CL saying he bought the car 6 months earlier for 8500 for his girlfriend and she died so quick sale of 4900. I had a friend of mine call and meet them to look at the car and Ty and his GF showed. My friend knew the car and took pics of the vin and scratch and dents that I had pics of prior. When I threatened Brian with the police he said he'd come take my car and fix it. By then it had been almost a month. I said no I didn't trust him. Could only get 300 for the Chevy. So lost a lot. Filed a BBB report and once I get to Ludlow will stop by police dept and news media. Have pics of cars, ads posted, texts and witness statements. All I asked for was for him to make it right by giving me a car of equal value (which was 4500) or the 1800 I was asking to put down on a newer car. He is a liar and fraud!! Beware of any business dealings with him.
