I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented... read more I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.
Zak & Kristen are the best and the service at Zaks Auto is Top Notch.
I gave 5 stars if there were 10 stars I would have given 10.I thank J... read more I gave 5 stars if there were 10 stars I would have given 10.I thank John for hooking me up he was so nice professional reasonable and he is not only skillful but he is compassionate.I am a single mother just got a new job and my car was in need of repair Covid has really put a hole in my pocket.and John worked with me he went above and beyond of what I could have imagined to get my car fixed and work with my budget.I am grateful for John I am happy I met him.and I totally trust him with my car.and I will be going back moving forward with future repairs.I recommend Top Auto to all. ?????????Tasha .W
