Alan Symmes worked as an automotive technician for 13 years before opening the doors at Revolution Automotive Services, Inc. in August of 2012. His career started at a dealership and quickly led to independent repair shops, he was not a fan of the way dealers treated their customers and employees. He started his own business on the belief that a BMW repair shop could be a positive experience for the customer AND employees. “I always wanted to open my own auto repair shop…but not a regular shop.
