They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

The customer service of this facility was very awesome and I want to make sure I emphasize this. That is not the reason for my complain, my reasoning is that I went in after I hit a large rock on the Tobin bridge, the staff fit me in right away which was amazing because I needed a new tire. What I was not made aware of was that not only did I need a new tire, but I needed a new wheel. My wheel was bent, Sullivan tire mechanics put a NEW tire, on a BENT wheel and di not inform me that they moved the new tire with the bent wheel to the rear end of my car. When I left and drove to work the next day, my car was vibrating on the highway and it was unsafe for me to go over 45mph; in a snowstorm mind you. The mechanics should have done the due diligence of letting me know that I needed to get a new wheel before I stepped into the car.
