We started going there over 2 years ago, was very happy we found a goo... read more We started going there over 2 years ago, was very happy we found a good mechanic shop, then this winter, 2015..brought mt car in for a oil change and had a few fees that I had never seen before..and they advised me I need my tires rotated (but the were done in September 2014 and I don't drive much...about 7,000 miles a year so I was a little disappointed...then my husband brought his vehicle in for an oil change and he was NOT charge any additional fees...and no recommendations on service and he drives his vehicle everyday. Disappointed and hope this was just a misstep in service.

Because I now need to replace it, I am buying my second car from Joe's. Very professional, expedient, excellent communication, a pleasure to do business with. Joe, the owner, is wonderful, and does try his best at giving you a reasonable deal. His sister, Colleen, covers for Joe some times, and she, too, is really nice. Very helpful, answers questions honestly, try their best at making their customers happy. I have been pleased with this dealer since picking up my 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited, three years ago, and am very pleased that I will be picking up my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited this week! If you want a dealer who does care about his customers, does listen, and answers all your questions, no matter how many times you call him on the telephone, (sets up service for the vehicle when, and if, it does need it with his mechanic), then go to Joe's Auto Sales in Hyannis, MA. Tell Joe, or Colleen, that 'Lynn' sent you and says "hello."
Needed a sticker and oil change, also questioned the "TIRES FOR LIFE "... read more Needed a sticker and oil change, also questioned the "TIRES FOR LIFE " program and long story short, would not give me a sticker cause my tires were worn, then they said they found that i was missing a maintenance so long story short i was given the free tires but not until after paying almost the equivalent of new tires on a maintenance visit... outragoues almost $400.00 later got my free tires....
