My stepdad typically does all my mechanical work on my car but, he has since moved to another state so I need to fen for myself. I called Nissan and was quoted $289 for an oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and general check up. I printed out the maintenance sheet for the milage on my car and gave it to the mechanic at Woodside, who had also called Nissan to verify the service requirements for my mileage. When I picked up my car and saw the invoice for $76 I was ecstatic. They fulfilled all the checkpoints on the maintenance sheet from Nissan for a third of the price. Amazing small business service and customer service. Keep the small businesses around and it works out for everyone.

They are hones and trustworthy and will not rip you of or upsell you with unnecessary repairs. I had a problem with two lug nuts being overtightened at my last oil change/ tire rotation service (see my review of NTB Waltham) and they took NTB's charge off my brake service. Fred and Rob are the best! Would not hesitate to recommend them unconditionally.

I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
