The employees are kind, professional and beyond helpful. My insurance company was ignorant of the claims process - Action Collision was patient and kind in helping them get things processed smoothly. Had 1 small issue a few months later and they were quick to set up a appointment and fix the problem. Would give them a 5 out of 5.

Got a tow asked help with the flat, fat red headed guy told me he couldnt help and I couldnt even change the flat on his property. Had to move my car 500 yards on a flat. Called triple AAA and they send todisco towing to fix the flat around the corner from the shop. Terrible experience. Avoid these guys as much as possible.
