The pricing is competitive and the service is reliable. Jason, the owner, is always helpful and very knowledgable. The staff is well trained, knowledgable, and polite. Free Wifi and coffee/waters in waiting room was nice too. Really don't have anything but good things to say. Will continue to bring my vehicles there and refer my friends and family. Jim P. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!
