Are we talking the same Mirror Image Detail here?!? Cause I think NOT!! I have been a customer for several years, and the couple who owns and operates this business have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for ALL their customers. YES, they do get a lot of dealership cars mostly from Viti, but they still have a wide clientele. I have NEVER had a problem with any of my scheduled appointments, nor have I or any of the dozens of other customers I know ever complained about poor service.  Don't know what kind of experience you had or who it was with, but I still don't think your talking about the same people I am.

They did not keep there appointments. If a more important client (dealership) requests service they will blow off your scheduled appointment.  When you complain, they will yell at you and follow you to your car while they continue to yell at you for complaining about poor service.
