Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! No question about it: I'd sent any and all of my friends to S&W to get their cars serviced. Dana S. Braintree, MA

I go there for something a small as a rim leak to my engine light is on. They are great and honest. They do amazing work and very very honest. Highly Recommend this shop in Quincy! Angela S. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking.
