No one picks up a phone in office at all so you can ask what is going on .Last week I went there he said give me two days I will have it done , called and went there on Friday (two days ) and no one was even working . Called left a message no returned phone call. I called today no answer I left a message that if I don't have my car buy wednesday I will report it stolen. I can't even go pick it up he has my keys !!!

My father bought a car from them and they were very nice. The problem... read more My father bought a car from them and they were very nice. The problem was when he took the car home. It started having problems within a couple of days. I advised him to go back and speak to them about it because it could be something simple. I guess I was thinking that a business would want the customer to be happy, but instead, they told him they could do nothing about it. What is that? I would think that it would be in their best interest to at least pretend that they were willing to help, since they have mechanics there. I know that it's a used car and I do expect that it will eventually have issues, but not 2 days later. That's not good business and maybe they don't need the businness! If that's the case, then they are going about it the right way.
