Instead of asking what normal service writers do like what has been done to the vehicle what all is wrong things like that they give my husband a quote to look at he the vehicle. So we pay to have the vehicle towed. When it arrived they call my husband and tell him it’s going to cost more and that we should have told them everything we did even though we told them some of what was wrong to begin with. As a service writer your job is to ask all those questions like what all was done what kind of condition is the vehicle. When I call to talk to them they told me I should have told them everything that was done. I was not asked. So now I have to have it towed back to my house and I’m out $160.00. For nothing. I don’t understand why because they didn’t do their job why I’m having to suffer.

Car didn't make it 1/2 mile when the first problem was discovered (brakes). Seller wouldn't do anything to resolve it since it left the lot "fine". Painted over rust, brake issues, motor in need of overhaul. Windows won't all roll down.

His offer, 1.5k trade in, on a vehicle. I call him the Monday week after, he stated his offer still would stand like it did the week before, but he has a guy coming buying this specific truck cash and he would much rather have the cash, understandable. So I show up at 4:30 because the guy supposedly coming with cash is to show at 5. I'm with my son waiting on this guy to no show, and what do you know he doesn't show. So I ask Justin what now since the guy hasn't showed, now the offer is 1k , 500 in cash because of the leak, again it's a diesel with 3k alone in receipts, . So at the end of the story utterly disappointed beyond everything, it's hot outside, my 3 yr old is cranky and a car salesman who can't hold to his word, and wants the title, cash, and the truck note of 4k paid in a year. Will not go back., all this over a Chevy silverado 2000 year model 179000 miles.... Guy was going to get his money either way, greed took over.
