Poor Customer SeviceMy friend took over the payments on a 2010 Outlander. The Mitshubishi dealer closed down in our city and the air went out on the vehicle. She was to go to either Little Rock or Shreveport. Shreveport was closer, so that is where she went. It took 2 unsuccessful trips, 4 hours in the waiting room, no way to get lunch, no offer of a courtesy car (said they only had 2 and they were both out). She was then told they ordered her a new compressor and would call her when it comes in. Haha. I was approached by a salesman about buying from them.
