I made the mistake of purchasing a new vehicle from Service Chevrolet.
Instead of Service Chevrolet sending someone directly to the DMV to get the car registration, tile and tags for the new vehicle themselves--they go to this firm.
MY property located at 237 Atlas Road OCL---OCl means OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMITS or OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS of the town of Youngsville!!! They had the paper work showing I was charged the correct sales tax of 8%--proof my property is not located inside Youngsville!!
But, yesterday I received in the mail--the plate and registration form showing under city limits ICL (that means INSIDE CITY LIMITS)!! 
This means that soon I'm going to have to go battle the DMV because they're going to be demanding more money in sales taxes because they show that I'm inside Youngsville when I'm not. And, this is NOT the first time that this firm has screwed up in the same manner!!
Last time I even had a letter from the town of Youngsville stating that my property was unincorporated--but this firm chose to ignore and had the DMV place ICL on the registration. I brought the registration and tags back to Service Chevrolet to get them done over again correctly. What I got was a new registration form--basically blank with most of the info missing and not filled in--and "city limits" that was left blank!
This firm appears to be incompetent to do anything right and when they screw up and do it wrong they are also incapable of correcting their errors. I would NOT recommend anyone using this firm for anything!!
