It had been sitting for 3 months before I even put the car in the shop with NO LEAKS!! I picked the car up 10-31-22 paid $1,327.78 the mechanic specifically told me that everything was good to go and that they had done test drove it. It was already after 4 that evening and they close at 5. I left the shop and exactly 1 in a half hour later it’s leaking coolant smoking under the hood and giving me all these warning signs across my dash that I had never seen took the car back to the shop the very next day and they’re telling me it’s my radiator these people are so unprofessional because how are you just now seeing this leak that was never there before they screwed up my vehicle and I will be taking this company to small claims court!!

What was supposed to be $100.00 service call plus $100.00 hour for labor with no mileage charge turned out to be $348.00 for a 15 minute fix. Stay away from this company!! This is their daytime rate, I can only imagine what the after hours charges would be.

Our truck broke down on the rd. 20, 10 miles from the shop on August 8th, 2013. We called this shop and the guy who answered told us he charges 100 dollars for a road call and around 300 dollars to fix a simple broken air hose on the truck. This is reasonable pricing. The mechanic came and took a look at the hose and told the driver he does not have the necessary tools to fix the problem. Who responds to a road call without a proper tools? The mechanic went back to the shop to get the tools, came back and took about an hour and a half to fix it. He charged us the grand total of 850 dollars. This is a crazy price for such a repair. After an hour of negotiation the price was reduced to 750 dollars. This is still unrealistic price. We will not utilize nor recommend this shop to anyone.
