The best of the best! I would recommend Moore Motors to everyone, in which my Church Member has already purchased from them. Ricky Moore is highly recommended and I hope to see him at church soon. Do not purchase a car here! I would like to agree will some of the positive reviews above. When in the buying process, all sales reps are very friendly and they treat you like family... All smiles! However after my god daughter purchased a vehicle there, she signed up for every fee they had to offer because of her being clueless and excited about getting her first car with a HUGE down payment due to her lack of credit, she was approved... everything was all good for about 3 days, then the transmission went out. This is where family turned into enemy! She needed them to pick up the car and send it to a repair shop, this took about four days. When the car was at the repair shop, she needed to make a claim on her extended warranty to get it repaired which I thought was completely unfair (in my opinion) within a 30 day period I thought she should not have to worry about anything, and that the car lot would take care of it... not so! I even asked the owner, Ricky Moore if he could pay the $100 deductable because this lemon should be their responsibility, however he informed me that, "He is basically cosigning her loan, and I did not help her with the purchase, so how dare I even attempt to communicate with him when something is going wrong". "He then proceeded to talk to the 18 year old and explain why he will not be paying for anything else, due to the fact he paid for the towing, diagnostic service and fluid change". I felt really disrespected and will not recommend anyone to this place, ever! It's all good until your car has problems. A purchase here is like a test of luck!Do not purchase a car here! If you can not get financed here stop trying. I don't have a clue what these guys do, but whatever it is give them a shot. I strongly recommend them. They are professional and treat you like family.
