They even called to make sure I was happy with everything several weeks later. Will only be taking my car to them from now on.

State Farm gave me a list of places I could take my car too, and St Mathews Imports was one that seemed qualified. The staff was very nice, but the work they done was horrible. I realize that my car should have been totaled and will never be the same, but at the very least, the work they done should be right, and its not. Very poor work and I would not recommend them for any repair. To their credit, the body work was good, but nothing else was fixed and there are even some parts missing from the car. I took the car to another "Carstar" shop closer to my hometown for another 10 days, and they did replace the seat, but never fixed the broken brackets holding the seat, and still the car has many unfixed things. I just pray to God that I am the only person that this has happened to, and just a glitch in the repair system.

Obviously, they are not about return customers as you are treated like a number and not a person. Mark Morkus is a terrible salesperson! Someone who will not return your calls when you have questions on a new purchase. He will set expectations and not meet them coming up short every-time. This dealership has lost at least 3 sales from us, where they didn't return calls. Service department has been full of false promises as well.
