Horrible customer service! They do not stand behind their own contract... read more Horrible customer service! They do not stand behind their own contracts!!! I bought a dirt bike yesterday (signed a contract stating I could return the item unused within 7 days) - 2 hours later (after I got home from driving 2 hours to pick this bike up) realized what poor quality it was (the handle bars were loose, the transmission was sticking and the rear fender was not attached to the seat) I immediately went back with my contract in hand - for a return. The manager refused to talk to me and walked away!!! That's why I pay with credit cards --- the transaction will be stopped TODAY!!!!
