Obviously, they are not about return customers as you are treated like a number and not a person. Mark Morkus is a terrible salesperson! Someone who will not return your calls when you have questions on a new purchase. He will set expectations and not meet them coming up short every-time. This dealership has lost at least 3 sales from us, where they didn't return calls. Service department has been full of false promises as well.
