Brought my car in to have 4 new tires mounted and an alignment done, w... read more Brought my car in to have 4 new tires mounted and an alignment done, without permission someone took my air breather box apart for no reason(My air filter is new) and didn't reinstall any of my breather box bolts which have special nuts that can't be replaced. I trust Jeff & Tony but I no longer trust anyone else in the shop.

By the time Doug found the problem, he charged me almost $7000 to find the problem and another $4000.00 to rebuild a $2900 crate engine. My grand total bill was $11,000 (no joke). The overall cost of the repair was not worth the engines value. During the diagnosis process, the communication was not good and I was constantly chasing after Doug for information.
Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine... read more Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service!
