I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.

Said some fees were necessary that the mechanic that fixed it said were never part of the equation. Wish I could give a negative rating
I had a trailer custom built by Eagle Trailer -- and I can't imagine a... read more I had a trailer custom built by Eagle Trailer -- and I can't imagine a better product! The accuracy of dimensions and squareness of the trailer is absolutely perfect. AND they were extremely helpful in making recommendations that would make the trailer details even more accommodating to my specific needs. I have had a few people ask me where I got the trailer and when I tell them, every comment has been almost identical -- "Wow! Yup, Eagle makes a great trailer!" I can't imagine a better product for the money! FIVE STARS -- for sure!
