I made a reservation for today at 9:30 am. I dropped off my car, spoke... read more I made a reservation for today at 9:30 am. I dropped off my car, spoke with Dmitri, who told me it will take 1.5 hours. He took my number to call me when its done. I stayed in the neighborhood, so after 2 hours with no phone call, I dropped in to see it's done. It was not done. It was not even moved from where I left. This placed is so unorganized that the individuals I spoke to didn't even know I dropped off the car. So unprofessional. They lost a customer today. ~Michael
