They were supposed to arrive at 11am but came at 6pm. The next morning was a freaking horror story. There was garbage and glass all around my driveway. The side lawn of the house that I’m renting had (and still does by the way) trenches in the grass half a foot deep because they drove on the grass and got stuck. Then the car itself. ... glass everywhere!!!! I cut myself at least five times and so did a friend when they drove with me 3 weeks later. The glass particles are tiny and got stuck in every nook and cranny that the car had. I personally vacuumed it for at least 40 minutes and then used paper towels and wipes for another 40 minutes. After I called and emailed pictures to get the lawn repaired their orginal response was why did my babysitter not help them pull their car out? Then after I explained the lunacy of that logic they said they will call back. Then their reply was that no landscaping companies are available to fix the lawn. They promised to bring some sod and dirt to cover the holes. Nothing was done. I’m appalled at this company.

I my many years of dealing with different mechanics and tradesmen alike not one even comes close. Matt and the rest of the staff are friendly, caring and most importantly honest in meeting your needs without overselling or over inflating their prices. I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the sam... read more I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the same mistake I did. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.
