The lady told me it only takes 20 minutes. She came back saying that my radiator was pushing up against my transmission, which is physically impossible, my tires had a crack in them and tried to charge $500 for new tires plus $10 for an inspection. My check engine light was on and I took it to my mechanic and it turned out that they had actually loosened my mass airflow sensor! You can visually see that the screw was loose and unclipped. My mechanic adjusted it and my check engine light went off. And it turned out my tires were fine it had a nail in ONE of them and just had to be SEALED which took two seconds and cost me $10 at another tire shop! I don’t even need new tires! Don’t let these ppl rip you off! They had ONE job and tried to sabotage my car to make a profit!

A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.

They claim to specialize in foreign so I had my Audi towed there from Orland Park, IL.I got suckered because I read a few what I now believe to be fake reviews, so I am putting my real experience out there. They had my car there for a starting issue, I figure it had to be electrical, after promising me that they would have answer for me that same afternoon, I never heard an actual diagnosis for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!!! I called them everyday only to hear the same story from some guy. We are super busy and we will get to you. They are the ones that told me to have it towed and we will have it diagnosed and ready within a day or 2. Well, it get worse, they not only lied to me about the diagnoses saying I needed some sort of modulator but they continued to hold my car hostage for weeks, they tried charging me storage fees and extra fees for time, time that the car just sat!!!! I finally had to pay these people 2800 dollars for no fix and an extra 120 for the tow job. When I got it to a real shop they found out it was a connector issue and had it fixed within 1 hour. This place is a SCAM shop!!! Please believe every word I am saying. Its much worse but I just do not want to get into the daily lies they gave me and me constantly chasing them for answers. Plus the smug look on their ugly faces when they were getting my hard earned money for running a scam. They have been report to the BBB and states attorney.
