In today's world, it is no easy task to find a repair shop that has a genuine concern for their customers. I almost felt that it was a lost art, until I found Knight's. They understand you depend on your vehicle and how important it is to you, so they work hard on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. Besides their quality of repairs, what really impresses me is their friendly staff, that will take the time to not only explain what your vehicle needs, but exactly why, and keeping you informed all along the way. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performan... read more I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.
