This didn’t particularly upset me, mistakes happen I completely understand. What upset me was that when I called back, I told Mike my situation and he responded “well how do you know they didn’t fill the air and fluid?” in a very sarcastic and demeaning manner. Obviously, if the tire pressure light is on and there is no windshield wiper fluid right after the service, they didn’t do it. As a younger woman who is unfamiliar with the ins and outs of cars, this left a bad taste in my mouth because I’m sure an older male familiar with vehicle maintenance wouldn’t have been treated like this. In addition, they automatically assumed I wanted to most expensive oil change. I never authorized this nor do I usually get the most expensive one. I used to be a repeat customer but at this point I’ve lost all trust in this business. Although, I will say that James is always very helpful with any and all questions I may have.

They drove it for 2 days, used 1/3 to 1/2 tank of gas trying to figure out if anything was wrong. They "couldn't get a code" but still sent a list of transmission errors...? When I went to pick it up, it was making a weird noise. Took it back to my own shop in my own town, and the transmission needs a full replacement. Absolutely insane, honestly this seems almost lawsuit-worthy.

They diagnosed and said I needed my rear axle replaced, as well as my wheel bearing. I got my rear axle replaced, they said I could wait on the wheel bearing to be replaced. So I took it to a different mechanic to get a second opinion. I was told the wheel bearing was completely fine. The front drivers side wheel wasn’t secured on due to lug nuts not fully tightened. Because of this mis diagnosis my car is having horrible issues, causing thousands of $ in damages. My timing chain now needs to be replaced. And potentially won’t be able to be fixed.
