An employee taped my template to the wrong place on the mirror, despite the fact that there was a diagram drawn showing where the hole belonged. I called and the secretary said that the owner would call back. He never did and I had to ask my son to bring the glass back. The owner agreed to replace my glass and cut a new hole. The replacement glass was not bevelled, and the hole immediately was spider cracking across the glass. The owner said he is not responsible. I am now without a mirror of any sort, and $50.00!!

They told me it would be $100.00 and they would have the part the following day. I went in there and paid for it, expecting it to be available on Tuesday. I went up there today (Wednesday) to pick up my part, and I was informed that they did not have the part, it was going to cost an additional $25.00 more than the quoted price, and if I still wanted it, they could have it tomorrow. So here I am without the part I need. I took the day off of work so that I could get my truck fixed. Basically, I am now out a few hundred dollars and still can't fix my truck because the wonderful staff at speedway couldn't take 30 seconds to call me Monday or Tuesday and tell me that it would be more than they expected and they would need some additional money to get the part. Or better yet, they could have just ordered it and given it to me for the price they quoted. That is what a respectable business would do. There are plenty of junk yards out there, I would recommend passing this one by.
