When entering carwash one of the workers banged on the side of my brand new 2010 Chrysler van and scratched it. When I brought it to the managers attention he tried to say that it was an old scratch. However, when I convinced him that I know what scratches were on my van he agreed to try to buff it out. Fast forward to 12/1/2012 just 2wks later he doesn't want to do anything. Not buff van or wash it before buffing, nothing. So BEWARE! If you take your car to what is called now: THE MAGIC OF DETAILING, you are going to have problems. The managers name is Rafael. Very arrogant person.
