The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I baby my truck and know every scratch but somehow overlooked this major damage which miraculously appeared. The sad part is that I left their shop and returned 5 minutes later to show them the damage and they said I must have done it......WOW. Take pictures and check your mileage!

I cannot believe the excellent service they gave me being a woman it seams that auto repair places take advantage of a situation like mine my bumper was hanging down, rubbing my tire, I got an estimate from them ffor what I thought was going to be something simple. After getting the estimate and and realizing bodywork is quite expensive. He gave me the option of just reattaching it after spending over an hour with me and my car charged me nothing, when I insisted I pay he said all he wanted was my business. WELL they had it forever thanks West County auto body
