He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises. If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call. Nick Blawat

He is very nice as well as very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He won't try to sell you something you don't need. Very fast oil change and I got a text from them when it was all ready. Go here for a hassle free job. Highly recommend this place.
