I waited for about 5-10 min and no one helped me. They even went out to the garage and I could see through their windows they were looking at their phones and just small talking with people. Finally I asked if I could pay for my car. After I paid they said my car was out front, I told them I didn't see it there and they said oh it must be in back. They came with me to look for it in back and it wasn't there. So we went back to the front- not there. Finally they asked where it was parked and they guy showed us it was in a weird spot. When I got home I realized my passenger car front fender had a dent slightly larger than palm size! I called right away and they asked me to bring it in the morning to meet with the store manager. The store manager took pictures and said it would not be something they did but he would look at the cameras. He said if it happened in the parking lot here would be nothing they could do. All of this makes me question their integrity and quality of work because if this is how they address problems it's sub-par at best. I also wonder if the weird park placement had to do with the dent as well. Accidents happen- but people and companies are defined by the way they handle accidents.

Do not make the mistake that I did, do your research before buying from them. I bought a vehicle from them the evening of 10/14/13. I was buying a vehicle for my son, and was assured that the vehicle had been inspected and had no issues. I drove the vehicle 40 miles home. When I got home, one of the wheels was smoking from a frozen brake caliper. I had the brake fixed the next day, 2 days later on 10/17/13 the vehicle would not start when I left work. I had to have the vehicle towed to a shop. The fuel pump had quit working, and it needs a new belt tensioner and pulley. I have owned the vehicle for 3 days, and I have had to put more than $1000 dollars into it to keep it running. I realize that I bought the vehicle "As Is", but more than $1000 in 3 days is not acceptable when I was assured it was inspected and everything was fine. I called the owner, "Mike", he was very unfriendly and blamed me for taking the vehicle to a shop to have it repaired. He claimed he could have fixed the vehicle for $40. Sorry, after the headache I have had, and being lied to, you are not going to work on my vehicle. He was not willing to reimburse me for any of my repair expenses. If you buy from them, be willing to dump more money into the vehicle, it appears they work on them long enough to get them running to sell. You will regret buying the vehicle if you have to be out your hard earned money, and then be treated like crap when you call them. Terrible Customer Service! I will never do business with them again, and I will warn everyone I know to stay away from there.
