I was in the neighborhood.  I decided to stop in, unannounced, and learn what maintenance my RAV4 required.  A maintenance message had been triggered the day before.  Brad looked up my RAV4 maintenance history, which documented the vehicle required a lube, oil, filter and tire rotation.  They fit me in within 20 minutes.  I was out the door and on my why in a few minutes.
