last night i stopped in at the local shell station in milan illinois . i needed gas for my lawn tractor . i waited at the pump for 15 to twenty minutes looking in the store where it appered to be empty at first . during this time several other customers arived and where whating at the counter. the casher finly showed up and whent to the intercom ind rudly stated you know the pump is prepay only. in twenty years of doing busness at this station i have never been made to prepay before . on going into the store the employee disided to scold me about it more . i have in the past complained to mary the manager about this employees atitude and about her making customers waite wile she finished whatever she was doing . ie smoking outside the door , doing somthing in the back of the store , talking with a friend who stopped in the store. i have also complained about her attitude with me such as complaining about me playing lottery tickets in the store with coments like why dont you just finnish with that . but today after complaining about this employee of johnson oil company and stating i would record her behavior for her boss to see . i recived a do not trespass order dilivered by the milan police .dont worry johnson oil i will never agen step foot in one of your stores anywhere .
