My Kenworth needed some repairs, this guy had the truck for 3 days and charged me 1800.00 only to have the exact same issues 2 days after i picked it up. He then advised me to take it to a Kenworth dealer because he didn't know what was wrong with it. The dealer told me that he put wrong parts on it! Highly advise everyone to go elsewhere, when I called him back he just now refuses to take my calls.
I spent $8000 fixing two vehicles at Scotts within 1 week and within 2... read more I spent $8000 fixing two vehicles at Scotts within 1 week and within 2500 miles the vehicle broke down again costing me another $2000 in repairs and Scott the owner will do nothing at all to help you and just blame on everybody else and tell you how its never his fault and to go blame someone else and try to get them to help.
We have been going to Kurt's for service for years. It is wonderful t... read more We have been going to Kurt's for service for years. It is wonderful to have a shop that you can rely on. Recently our daughters car broke down at college in Dubuque, IA. We found a shop there that worked on her car and it turned out that a part that Kurt's had replaced in that vehicle for us last year had failed. I called Ray and he contacted the mechanic in Dubuque directly for us and made arrangements for a replacement part to be sent there... saving us $400 in replacing that part. As always, above and beyond! They are truly a blessing in our lives! The best!
