I took it down the street for a 2nd opinion and half the things they said were wrong was a lie. Had my car repaired where I got thr and opinion for less than 1k. It's been 6 months and not a single problem. A dealership and repair shop run by conmen. Color me surprised (NOT)

I have been aware for over a year that I needed a cat. When I reminded him that I brought the car in for the evap code, not the PO420 code. he said that if the cat code shows up that he HAD to a diagnostic on it. What?? I always had a good relationship with the Rockdale shop, but after this visit I feel cheated . Very unhappy!
I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if no... read more I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family!
