Dependable Towing Service and Auto Service

Dependable towing is not a dependable towing company.  I selected this towing company based on the name and I was highly disappointed afterwards.  When the tow truck driver arrived, he was given specific instructions on where to drop the car off and to leave the key in the glove compartment.  The driver told me this was not a problem. I arrived at the car's drop-off location 5 minutes after the car was dropped off (I had to wait on a ride that was only a few minutes away).  

I did not have a spare key and the driver was informed of this before he took the vehicle. Nevertheless, when I got to my car, the doors were locked with my keys inside the vehicle.  I called the company and the driver refused to come back to my vehicle to open the car door.  I was informed that I needed to pay a $55 fee for the driver to come back to my car to open it, even though driver was 1) given specific instructions, 2) agreed to them, 3) but did not follow them.  The driver and the dispatcher (Steve) that I spoke to was rude, hostile, and extremely unprofessional.  I ultimately had to use a different towing service to open the car door because I did not want to continue to give this company my business or my money.  Please do not be fooled by the company's name. I highly recommend you to use a different towing company if you truly want dependable towing service.
