My car was with them for over two months. When I received my car back ... read more My car was with them for over two months. When I received my car back it still was not working. I took the car back and according to them they fixed what was broken, but my car still was broken. I was told that they put a flywheel on my car, but my car was not working. This repair cost me over a thousand dollars, the customer service is terrible. I was in their parking lot and my car would not start and no one would help me. This was the worst service I ever had in my life, if you are considering taking your car to this shop don't. I will be reporting this organization to BBB.
Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe... read more Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. Not only is the staff super helpful but they are also quick and pay attention to detail. A winning combo. You can't go wrong with Hollywood Auto!
