Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs. They returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren't the correct parts. I never heard from them again... I had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ? I think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I'd suggest a brick and mortar. Ryan S.

Some people say you can find a better price, but you pay for what you get! I have a 2000 gmc with over 200k miles and they keep it going for me, and have NEVER had to take it back for the same problem twice! I'll pay a few extra bucks for top notch service!
