I have been leaving messages with Acme Auto Parts,Inc since August 2nd for the poor service I had the week 17th of July. The service started as we looked for a truck part. This company said they had a good one and would sell it. ($100's) It was 3 hours away. When it was picked up it should have been all good. As Acme said it was a good part. Again 3 hours away. Once back into town, truck on the lift and ready to make it happen. Remember the part was sold as a good part and ended up being worse than what was getting replaced. Now a trip back up there and service of not caring they wasted days of getting a repair done. If you extra time and money go ahead use them. But I wouldn't if I were you.

I my many years of dealing with different mechanics and tradesmen alike not one even comes close. Matt and the rest of the staff are friendly, caring and most importantly honest in meeting your needs without overselling or over inflating their prices. It is currently Wednesday, 7/14. On Monday, 7/12, I contacted Speedway... read more It is currently Wednesday, 7/14. On Monday, 7/12, I contacted Speedway requesting a part for my truck. They told me it would be $100.00 and they would have the part the following day. I went in there and paid for it, expecting it to be available on Tuesday. I went up there today (Wednesday) to pick up my part, and I was informed that they did not have the part, it was going to cost an additional $25.00 more than the quoted price, and if I still wanted it, they could have it tomorrow. So here I am without the part I need. I took the day off of work so that I could get my truck fixed. Basically, I am now out a few hundred dollars and still can't fix my truck because the wonderful staff at speedway couldn't take 30 seconds to call me Monday or Tuesday and tell me that it would be more than they expected and they would need some additional money to get the part. Or better yet, they could have just ordered it and given it to me for the price they quoted. That is what a respectable business would do. There are plenty of junk yards out there, I would recommend passing this one by.
