It is a rare occurrence to have a shop owner willingly acknowledge that an error occurred in their shop and then take responsibility for it. Bryan represents auto repair shops and Walcott, IA in an amazing way. Traveling in late June of 2017, we had to stop for a new alternator in Walcott, IA. After Newell's completed the repair in short order, due to a short time frame, we were on our way. Eight hours later, we had to pull over and get the car back in a shop. Bryan apologized and took responsibility for the situation and the shop fees to correct the situation. We were amazed by Bryan! I was told by others before we had our repair work done at Newells Automotive that Bryan was a "good guy." We agree. Walcott, you have a great small business owner in Bryan Newell! Thank you Bryan!

Pink's towing towed her to MC Automotive for repair. Pink's was fast,friendly and priced fairly!! MC Automotive quickly replaced the Serpentine belt , charged battery and checked to see that all was working properly. Chris,the owner,was friendly and professional! Only the work needed was performed and was charged very fairly for services!!! Pink's and MC Auto got my daughter back on the road home in quick order!! Thanks to both Geneseo Businesses!! I highly recommend Pink's and MC Automotive !!!
