I was told they would consult with me before doing work on the truck. I called several times, ( a cell phone because the shop number is disconnected ) but my calls were ignored. After 5 days in the shop, I finally talked with someone who told me the work was done and the truck was running good. I picked the truck up, got on the highway to come home and broke down again. Surprisingly enough, my calls were ignored again when I tried calling the shop. I left a message and told them I needed them to return my call, that was yesterday afternoon and still no call. It costed an additional $75 to have the truck towed to my house in Shiloh. After it was towed to my home, we raised the hood to try to jump the battery. Noticed the alternator wasn't changed, but our new battery was replaced with an old one. I strongly suggest you find a different shop. This place is a rip off. We will be talking to an attorney about our experience.

The warranties are worthless as you have to pay for your labor if your... read more The warranties are worthless as you have to pay for your labor if your car breaks down. I had my car for less than a month and the radiator had to be replaced. I paid over 4000 for the car and still had to cough up over 100 dollars toward the repair. Rovan paid the difference not the warranty. It has been less than a year and the timing belt has broken on the car, lesson learned. I will never ever buy a car from this delearship again and veer people somewhere else.
