Said they would need to order parts and reschedule an appointment. I was excited that the $75 diagnosis feee would go toward my repairs. They returned for the second appointment and the parts ordered weren't the correct parts. I never heard from them again... I had to pay another mechanic another diagnosis fee. I was pretty bummed. ? I think this service would be great for simple things, Oil change, etc. but if parts need to be ordered, I'd suggest a brick and mortar. Ryan S.

Also a great person, He is able to work fast to accomodate schedules and gives great service. This mechanic helped me with my volvo and I trust his opinion. I Never have go to dealer again! I live quite a distance from Private Volvo Mechanic Chicago and could ... read more I live quite a distance from Private Volvo Mechanic Chicago and could have transferred my car's service closer to home. After I tried his service, it's worth the drive to be treated so well. The repair, prices and services were great. He fixed all problems to perfection. To me, it is well worth the drive! Dealerships close to my home don't compare with his quality. I used to spend a lot of money at other dealers, but was never that happy like with Private Volvo Mechanic Chicago. I will come to him whatever my next car is, not just Volvo.
